Terms and Conditions of 588bet — Pakistan's Betting Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 588bet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 588bet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by 588bet — including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, promotions, and VIP programmes — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 588bet platform. Continued use of the platform after any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your records.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 588bet, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 588bet does not knowingly accept registrations from minors and will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under 18, along with forfeiting any balance.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting for your own personal enjoyment, not on behalf of a third party or as an agent.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of 588bet or any of its technology or content partners.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify the legal position in your own location before registering.
• You have not previously had a 588bet account closed or suspended for Terms violations.

588bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe given will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on 588bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or any other method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 588bet will close all associated accounts and void any bonuses, free bets, or pending promotions linked to those accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration form. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. 588bet is not responsible for failed transactions, missed communications, or payment delays resulting from outdated account information.

• Your registered mobile number must be active and in your name — it is used for identity verification and withdrawal processing.
• Registration is free of charge. 588bet will never ask you to pay to create an account.
• You must not use automated registration tools, bots, or scripts of any kind during sign-up.
• Once registered, your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or transfer your account to any other person.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your 588bet login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your password with anyone, including family members. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 588bet support immediately at support@588bet.link.

588bet will never contact you to ask for your password by email, SMS, phone call, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us.

5. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on 588bet are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no foreign currency conversion and no cross-border payment step involved in depositing or withdrawing funds. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

• The minimum deposit is Rs 200 across all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, although 588bet may apply limits to specific accounts for compliance purposes.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited instantly. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. 588bet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not registered in your name, or anonymous payment sources.
• Deposits are intended for use on the 588bet platform only. If we have reasonable grounds to believe a deposit was made in error or was funded through fraudulent means, we may hold the funds pending investigation.
• 588bet does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — this is outside our control.

6. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. 588bet processes withdrawals promptly and is committed to completing mobile wallet withdrawals within ten minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. You will be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC or other acceptable government-issued identification. 588bet will review submissions within 24 hours during business days.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your 588bet account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus funds or pending wagering requirements attached to your account must be resolved before the associated deposit can be withdrawn. Real-money funds not attached to a bonus can be withdrawn at any time without restriction.
• Where unusual betting patterns, suspected bonus abuse, or potential fraud are identified, 588bet may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request for up to five business days while conducting a review. You will be notified if this applies to your account.
• 588bet does not charge a withdrawal fee. Mobile wallet withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash are the fastest method and are completed within minutes for fully verified accounts.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 588bet offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and the ongoing daily casino rebate. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible accounts. Eligibility is defined in the individual promotion terms and may be limited to new players, players who have not previously claimed a specific offer, or players who meet a minimum activity threshold.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or alternative payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• The daily 5% casino rebate at 588bet is credited as real PKR with no wagering requirement and no minimum loss threshold. It is applied automatically — no opt-in is required.

8. Betting Rules

Bets placed on 588bet are governed by the specific rules for each sport and market type as published in the platform's help and rules sections. The following general rules apply across all sports betting products:

• All bets are placed at your own risk. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by 588bet, it is binding and cannot be cancelled except where the relevant event is voided under the stated voiding rules.
• Minimum bet stake is Rs 50 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by market, sport, and account tier. Limits may be reduced for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event will be voided unless the market was specifically designated as an in-play betting market at the time the bet was placed.
• Live or in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of 588bet where there is a significant change in the event's status — for example, a player injury, a wicket, or a weather interruption. Bets accepted before suspension are honoured.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds — including but not limited to erroneous odds caused by technical malfunction, human error, or feed failure — 588bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. We will communicate clearly when this happens.
• PSL and cricket betting markets at 588bet follow official match results as declared by the relevant cricket board. Where a match result is disputed or subject to official review, settlement may be delayed until a final official result is confirmed.

9. Casino & Live Games

588bet offers a range of casino products including RNG-based table games, live dealer tables, and Ludo Games. The following rules apply to all casino products:

• All RNG casino games at 588bet use certified random number generators with independent audit trails. Results are statistically independent — no previous result influences the next one.
• Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by professional croupiers in a broadcast studio. The outcome of every hand, spin, or roll is determined by the physical action in the studio, which is streamed to you in real time.
• In the unlikely event of a disconnection during a casino game, the round will be completed according to the platform's standard completion rules for that game. Where a disconnection occurs before a bet is placed in a live dealer game, no bet is entered for that round.
• Minimum bet amounts for casino games start from Rs 50 for Teen Patti and Rs 100 for most table games. Maximum limits are displayed in the game interface and vary by table and VIP tier.
• Game malfunction voids all pays and plays. Where a verifiable technical malfunction affects the outcome of a game round at 588bet, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 588bet. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Match fixing or manipulation: Placing bets with access to privileged inside information, or in any way connected to the fixing or influencing of a sporting event.
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts, false identities, or coordinated play to artificially qualify for or accumulate bonuses beyond their intended purpose.
• Arbitrage and syndicate betting: Systematic exploitation of odds differences across platforms, or organised group betting designed to remove risk at the expense of 588bet.
• Money laundering: Using the 588bet platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds as a mechanism to conceal the origin of those funds. All suspicious financial activity is reported as required by applicable regulations.
• Fraudulent payments: Depositing using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials. All chargebacks and disputed transactions are investigated and the associated accounts closed.
• Use of bots or automated tools: Using any software, script, or automated system to interact with the 588bet platform in a way not available to standard users.
• Collusion in live games: Coordinating with other players at a live casino table to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.

11. Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 588bet account at any time by contacting support at support@588bet.link. Accounts are typically closed within one business day of a confirmed closure request. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within five business days, after any outstanding Terms obligations have been resolved.

588bet reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and without prior notice where there is evidence of a Terms violation, fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour towards staff, or any other action deemed to be contrary to the fair operation of the platform. Where an account is closed by 588bet due to a Terms violation, bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances may also be withheld pending investigation where fraud is suspected.

12. Responsible Gaming

588bet is committed to providing a safe environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our responsibility in this area seriously. The following tools are available free of charge in every 588bet account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, a reduction takes effect immediately; an increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.

588bet shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental — arising from: your use of or inability to access the platform; any technical malfunction, data corruption, or interruption of service beyond our reasonable control; decisions you make based on information or odds published on the platform; or any loss of winnings resulting from a voided bet or game round, where the voiding was carried out in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits 588bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Pakistani law.

14. Privacy

15. Amendments to These Terms
